Richard Davis

After graduating from Midwestern State University in Wichita Falls, Texas, Richard returned to the Dallas/Fort Worth area. There, he began an internship with Uncle Julio’s, a position he enjoyed and that opened his eyes to the possibilities of a career in a challenging, but rewarding industry.

In 2006, Richard joined the founding team at Mi Chula’s Good Mexican, bringing his experience and expertise in the computing, information technology, project management, accounting, purchasing and human resources fields to the newly formed restaurant concept. His attention to detail, a strong work ethic and a commitment to success propelled Richard forward in this new endeavor as he played a significant role in the concept’s launch.

Richard’s philosophy is simple. He believes that you must operate your business from a values based perspective, which is his driving force as he strives to play a significant role in Mi Chula’s delivery of great customer service and great dining experiences.

A man who values family, Richard is the father of two children and married to his high school sweetheart. When not hard at work serving the customers at Mi Chula’s, Richard enjoys time with the family, traveling, sports and playing poker.
